I know it might feel a little repetitive, but ironically, this past week I’ve had to actually apply everything we’ve been talking about in the previous episodes to my own life. And yes, there was drama, stress, and probably too much coffee.

I utilized the tools I’ve been preaching in previous episodes about stress, workouts, imperfect meals, and yes… way too much coffee.
